FASA Apparel Ordering Instructions

FASA will provide each employee two (2) items from the Company Provided category.

You may purchase additional items from either the Optional Uniforms or Casual Friday section. You will have to provide your credit card information at checkout for these items. Casual Friday items may only be worn on casual days.
